Working time model

We bear your private life in mind: you can take a flexible approach to your working hours.

As an employer, we are keen to ensure the compatibility of work and private life. Because we operate an annual working time model, you can take a flexible approach to your hours; we also offer generous compensation options as well as part-time working and working from home (if your role allows it). This also applies to our management employees. The standard working week is 40 hours.

We place a high value on careful, well-prepared training. Your career entry is facilitated by an introductory programme tailored to your circumstances.

Holidays and remuneration

Our employees have at least 25 days of holidays as well as extra “bridging days”.

Our standard working week is 40 hours, and we offer a minimum of five weeks’ holiday a year. But in reality we work a few minutes more every day, which means we enjoy extra days off over the Christmas/New Year period and after Ascension Day. In addition to a monthly salary and a thirteenth month’s salary, you also receive an annual bonus.

Professional training and development

We offer internal and external training with financial support.

We invest a great deal in internal and external training and provide support in the form of training contributions and time off for training. We benefit from an in-house training centre run on professional lines with e.g. web-based courses. We train our employees, which includes our line managers.

Occupational health

We provide opportunities to exercise and ergonomic workstations.

We do a great deal in terms of taking care of employees’ health by providing ergonomic workplaces, occupational safety training, exercise/health initiatives and so forth. We take a personal interest in employees who are ill or have had an accident. As you would expect, they are covered by our health and accident daily allowance insurance schemes.

Following successful certifications in 2019 and 2021, Securiton has once again been recognised as a particularly attractive employer. We are proud to claim the “Great Place To Work” label for ourselves. Since the last survey, we have continued to improve: 77% of employees rate our company positively.
